Tough Times Foundation is committed to protecting any customer data. We ensure that our website is up to date with the latest security measures to protect against any 3rd party. Please be advised that we are unable to remove or delete complete records of customer transactions due to our obligation to maintain accounting and gaming records as stipulated by the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999, Div 3, subsections 77 & 78.

Payment

We currently accept payments only through Visa and Mastercard. This allows orders to go through our payment processor instantly which means you are provided with your tickets immediately via email. Although we can accept direct deposits, it is not visible online, please contact us at info@toughtimes.com.au for a direct deposit request. Please note that processing times can be up to 5 days. 

Ticket refunds are only available in open lotteries; meaning refunds on Tough Times Lotteries will not be payable once the lottery has been closed for ticket sales.

In accordance with Australian consumer law guidelines, Tough Times Lotteries is not obligated to offer refunds for any 'change of mind' decision related to the purchase of a ticket. Tough Times supports the Responsible Gambling Policy (https://toughtimes.com.au/pages/responsible-gambling-policy-2024), we will provide the ticket purchaser with every opportunity to self-exclude from a lottery and request a refund if they have extended beyond their financial means. Requests for refunds must be initiated by the original account holder via email within 7 days of purchase and directed to info@toughtimes.com.au

Draw & Prize

In accordance with government licensing requirements, our major draws are run through an external company specialising and licensed in drawing raffles. The draws are held at Tough Times Foundation, located at Ground Floor, 470 St. Kilda Road, Melbourne, VIC 3004. The date and time of each draw is stated in the Terms and Conditions for that draw and is subject to change.

All other prize winners will be notified by email.
